The proposal arises from the preservation of the set of architectural bodies, which are part of the heritage, as a result of the change in rail mobility.

It is carried out through the restoration of the four Ribes warehouses and the pre-existing dock, together with a change towards a cultural program, the generation of a new area in this neighborhood is promoted.

At the same time, a response to current demands is sought through a renewal that is born from the reflection of the different cultural uses as we can conceive them today.

All this taking advantage of the direct relationship of the architectural element with the immediate surroundings of Valencia's Central Park, which will promote these activities and its biodiversity in the long term.
